On Tuesday, May 29, Raymark held an event, in collaboration with Toshiba and Microsoft, called Retailers, Listen Up! Customer-Centric Retailing in Today’s Cross-Channel World at the Loews Vogue Hotel in downtown Montreal. It was a huge success! Customers and prospects were treated to a delicious lunch, and left with some food for thought as well. Keynote speaker Tara Hunt, founder and CEO of Buyoshpere, TED speaker and author, delighted the crowd with her presentation on The Social Retailer: What “Social” Means for the Future of Commerce. Marc Chriqui substantiated Tara’s focus on the importance of customer-centric retailing by discussing customer engagement strategies for interactive retailing, the cross-channel customer experience (web, store, mobile, social networks) and its impact on IT solutions, Business Intelligence and predictive analytics, and enterprise integration.
